Occupant Rules and Regulations
- All dogs must be "curbed", and may only be walked in the designated area. All dogs must be leashed. Pick up after your dog.
- No large commercial vehicles are allowed on the green. Only vehicles that fit on the pathway are allowed to park on the green.
No vehicles are allowed past the gazebo.
- All common doors and entry ways must be kept closed and locked, these are security doors be considerate of your neighbors.
- No obstructions shall be made or placed within any common element of Woodside Green, e.g., hallways, stairways, or entryways.
- Nothing may be displayed outside of the unit's windows.
- Water beds are not allowed in any unit.
- No mechanical work may be performed to vehicles in the Woodside Green parking lot.
- The use of outdoor grills is not allowed on any common areas. Or should we say.
Outdoor grills may only be used in the designated area.
- All windows must have window treatments, blinds, shades, shutters, etc.
- Any unit with an unit below it must have its carpeting or rugs covering a minimum of 75% of the units square footage.

Fines for Rule Infractions
- Cooking on fire escape or roof. $100 per incident
- Obstructions in hallways, stairways, landings, or roofs. $50.00 per day
- Walking on roof. $100 per incident
- Unauthorized storage in basement or common area. $50.00 per day
- Causing the Woodside Green insurance to be increased or canceled. $100.00 per incident
- Signs in windows or inappropriate window dressings. $50.00 per day
- Pets defecating in unauthorized areas or pets roaming without a leash. $100.00 per incident
- Loud or obnoxious behavior. $100.00 per incident
- Unauthorized driving on the grass or walkways. $100.00 per incident
- Permanent or long term parking of any vehicle more then a half ton panel truck. $100.00 per incident
- Illegal Parking. $100.00 per incident
- Parking in a fire lane or tow away zone. $100.00 per incident
- Unauthorized vehicles stored. $50.00 per day
- Unauthorized occupancy. $50.00 per day
- Lack of carpeting. $50.00 per day
- Waterbed in a unit. $50.00 per day
- Leaving trash outside of a dumpster. $100.00 per incident
