6-1-2006 - The Woodside Green Board of Directors annual meeting.
The Board voted on 2 new assesments this fiscal year, 6-2006 to 6-2007.
Asessment #1 is for extra unbudgeted landscaping improvements
and to meet unbudgeted expenses, e.g., plumbing repairs and roof repairs to name a few, held over from the last fiscal year.
Assessment # 2 an assesment to meet the exact cost of our loan and debt repayment, since our
old assessment which meet most of that cost has expired.
The board welcomes 3 new board members for 2006 to 2007:

5-26-2005 - The Woodside Green Board of Directors annual meeting.
The board voted on a 9% common charge increase due to increased operating costs forecasted for the coming fiscal years.
Three new board members were elected at this meeting:
Megan Dittman for a Three year term Remi Festa-Nazet for a One year term
and Angeelika Vant for a Three year term

4-20-2005 - Only 1 new leak has been reported this spring.
3-15-2005 - ERC will continue the brick repair work started last year as well as investigating new leaks.
1-15-2005 - The Board has hired a part-time contractor to repair the hallways; the windowsills, the walls and trim.
This contractor will also put a fresh coat of paint on the walls.
10-25-2004 - With our new employee, George, we are now able to thoroughly clean each hallway once a week,
to include a mopping the floor and cleaning the windows and walls.
8-15-2004 - ERC has begun repairing the brickwork where leaks have occurred
7-2-2004 - Masons have been contracted to repair the front steps of common entryways
6-1-2004 - The Facilities committee is reviewing proposals to repair and paint the hallways
4-1-2004 - Artur Kaba has signed on as our new Superintendent
3-1-2004 - We are currently seeking additional community involvement at Woodside Green
